This is our second vintage from Fox Hill. This wine is described by our winemaker Chris as a “lightbulb wine”. After tasting it something sparks inside of you - It is refreshing, complex, floral, bright, fruity yet refined. This is a labor of love - hand picked, bottled, disgorged and labeled.

Tasting Notes
White flowers, citrus peel, and orchard fruit with bright acidity, fine bubbles, and a salty, mineral finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Anything plucked from the sea, salads and even dumplings have been proven to be delicious with this special wine.
