Learn by doing

You will work alongside Chris in the cellar and Bridget on operations. Small team means direct access.

Great Wines

Staff discount on all Broc wines. You will also taste through wines at different stages throughout the year, from fermentation to barrel to pre-release, as part of the job.

Events & Releases

Staff are included in club pick-up parties, release events, and First Fridays. You will meet the people who drink Broc wines and the producers and collaborators who are part of the community around the winery.

Hands-on Winemaking

Depending on your role and availability, there are opportunities to be involved in harvest, bottling, and vineyard visits to Fox Hill and other sourced sites.

Current Openings

Tasting Room Associate

You will be the first person most guests meet. The role involves leading tastings, sharing the Broc story, making wine and club recommendations, and keeping the room running well. We are looking for someone who knows wine, is good with people, and can work weekends.

Learn More

Harvest Internship

We take on harvest interns each year for the September to November crush. You will be on your feet, lifting 20 or more pounds, cleaning tanks, sorting fruit, and learning how we make wine hands-on. No prior experience is required, but genuine interest in natural winemaking is. Weekday availability is necessary.
