Broc Cellars is seeking a Cellar Assistant to join our production team ahead of harvest. This role supports all aspects of cellar and winemaking operations year-round, with extra focus during harvest. You’ll work directly with our owner/winemaker, Assistant Winemaker, and Harvest Lead.
As a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest by sharing Broc’s story, leading tastings, and offering thoughtful wine and club recommendations. We’re looking for a friendly, curious team player with a passion for wine and a love of working in a lively, collaborative setting
We offer harvest internships each year for those passionate about natural wine and eager to learn, work hard, and have fun. Interviews run through March 1. BOTTLING LINE: We need extra help when we bottle our wines throughout the year. No previous experience required, but weekday availability typically required. This work is paid with lunch provided.
