We’ve worked with chefs, designers, artists, and other producers on projects that wouldn’t exist without collaboration. Some became wines. Some became art. All of them are part of the Broc world.
The Long Confidence
Rafi Ajl
Rafi is a woodworker and designer who built much of the furniture in our tasting room, including the patio. We also worked with him to design the Broc glassware and decanter. A neighbor (close enough that we hear the same train pass) and a longtime creative collaborator.
Camino x Broc Red Wine Vinegar
A red wine vinegar made from Broc's Nero d'Avola and Valdiguié, produced by Russ Moore and Allison Hopelain of Camino. Two East Bay creators, one bottle of vinegar.
Marta Elise Johansen
Marta has designed Broc's labels since 2013. Her detailed, hand-drawn work has shaped how the wines look on the shelf. She works out of her studio in Sausalito.
June Taylor Preserves
Fox Hill fruit, including Fuyu persimmons, Winter Nelis pears, and Santa Rosa plums, made into fruit butter by June Taylor, one of the Bay Area’s most respected preserve makers.
Notes & Tones
A wine and vinyl project with DJ Muggs and Egon of Now-Again Records. Fox Hill Tocai Friulano and Trebbiano fermented in sandstone jarres, paired with an album built from Sun Ra samples. Volume 2 is now available.
