Refund policy
Due to the nature of wine we don't accept returns. We do offer refunds or replacements for wines lost or damaged during transit. If your wine is damaged please respond to your email order confirmation with photos of the damage, or email us here.
For Glassware: We are unable to accept any returns for used glassware. If the glassware is not used and packaged securely, you may ship it back to us at your own expense. After we are able to confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund for the price of glassware only. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
