Our first Grillo from Fox Hill, a fresh, textured Sicilian variety. Blended with small batches from the previous two harvests to create a three-vintage solera. Hand bottled and hand labeled.

Fun fact: We thought this plot was Frappato, a red grape. When the grapes never turned red, we sent them to a lab. Turns out we had Grillo, which was a very happy surprise.
