Our first Nebbiolo from Fox Hill. Nebbiolo is one of Italy’s oldest grapes, grown in Piedmont for centuries and loved for its pale color, bright acidity, and powerful tannins. We bottled it by hand, and it’s built to age, if you can wait.

FUN FACT: Nebbiolo is often called “pale but powerful." Its light color can be deceiving, with plenty of tannin and aging potential hiding underneath.
