Every year we get excited about this release, and this vintage delivers. A fresh, focused rosé built on Valdiguié, now joined by Fox Hill fruit, lifted by bright Souzao juice and a touch of spice from Touriga Nacional. All three varieties were lightly foot-stomped and spent a night on skins and stems before a gentle press to stainless, where they fermented naturally and developed for six months, then blended just before bottling. It's the kind of bottle that empties quickly, so get it while you can.

Tasting Notes
Fresh-picked strawberries, savory herbs on the nose. Watermelon aqua fresca, dried thyme, strawberry smash, and sea salt on the palate.
