Our first Grillo from Fox Hill, a fresh, textured Sicilian variety. Blended with small batches from the previous two harvests to create a three-vintage solera. Hand bottled and hand labeled.

FUN FACT: We thought this plot was Frappato, but when the grapes refused to turn red, we sent them to the lab. Surprise - we had Grillo! A very happy vineyard discovery.
