A fun Fox Hill Vineyard blend that drinks like an adult punch, easy and thirst-quenching, good served slightly cool. We destemmed the Montepulciano for a short maceration, then foot-treaded it and left it on the skins for three days with daily punch-downs before pressing gently. We blended that light red with whole-cluster, gently pressed Vermentino for brightness and lift, then fermented and aged the blend in concrete for eight months. 

Fun fact: the wine is named for a verse in “Cuccurucucu” by Italian composer Franco Battiato, where he belts out “Ayay!, Ayay!, Ayay!” which is about the energy we're going for.
