An Italian-inspired rosé to enjoy any time of year, made from 100% Montepulciano this year. We footstomped the grapes as soon as they arrived, then gently pressed into stainless tank to ferment naturally for a few weeks before moving the wine to concrete tank to age for seven months. The Montepulciano comes from Fox Hill, our certified organic vineyard on the Talmage Benchland above the Russian River in Mendocino County.

FUN FACT: we were inspired to make a rosato from Montepulciano at Fox Hill by Cerasuolo, a rosato style from Abruzzo made with the same grape.

Tasting Notes
Strawberry, Watermelon Agua Fresca, and Cherry Lime.
Pairing Suggestions
Bright and savory, pair with prosciutto, caprese salad, or savory focaccia
