Our first vintage of Amore Bianco was 100% Tocai Friulano; since then we've added Trebbiano and Ribolla Gialla to bring out the lively side of this Italian skin-contact white, all grown at Fox Hill Vineyard. This year we kept the Trebbiano off the skins and pressed it directly to ferment in stainless steel before aging in neutral oak barrique. The Friulano and Ribolla Gialla co-fermented together on their skins, with two-thirds aged in concrete tank and the rest in sandstone jarres, which give the wine its amber color and subtle tannin structure.

FUN FACT: Our first vintage was 100% Tocai Fruilano.

Tasting Notes
An intriguing medley of green mango, jackfruit, and lychee, enriched by notes of honeycomb, honeydew, and a hint of green tea.
Pairing Suggestions
Perfect to pair with any Italian dish - our go to is a whole fish served with lemon, caper and arugula. Another favorite is anchovy based pasta with aged cheese to finish.
