The origin story of Got Grapes is rooted in the unexpected. We reserve the label for the experiments and pleasant surprises each harvest throws our way. This release blends Grenache, Cab Pfeffer, and some Fox Hill Nero. Our winemaker calls it “a wine that's more about the style and the enjoyment, having fun,” and we agree. All the varieties fermented and developed in a mix of stainless tank, concrete, and neutral French oak barrique before blending.

FUN FACT: The Got Grapes character drawn on each label was inspired by a van in SF that had a purple graffiti sprayed cluster of grapes with a mouth that said “Got Grapes?” It was a daily reminder for Chris as he left for the winery each morning - parked out front of his apartment building.

Tasting Notes
Bright berry fruit, soft spice, and fresh acidity in a juicy, chillable California red built for everyday drinking.
Pairing Suggestions
This is a versatile wine that can go with meats, veggies and more. Our favorite paring yet is portobello fritters with aioli dip over arugula and a caper vinaigrette.
