2023 Broc Massa Cabernet Sauvignon

California Cabernet Sauvignon comes in many styles. Ours steers away from the big, bold, brash versions and leans into the grape's more fruit-forward side. We harvest from Massa Vineyard, a site at 1,500 feet in elevation with loamy soil in Carmel Valley. The whole-cluster grapes got regular pumpovers during fermentation in stainless steel tank, then were pressed into neutral French oak barrique and aged for 10 months.

Blueberry, cassis, and dark currant layered alongside dried herbs, graphite, and violet.
Pairing Suggestions
Great with roasted Lamb finished with herbs and garlic yogurt. Of course you can't go wrong with this wine at your next fancy steak dinner in or out.
