Shipping Information
Orders are typically packaged and shipped within two business days of receipt. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment.
For Summer Overnight Rates, they do not apply to all states. Orders will arrive the next day after it has left our fulfillment center, not necessarily the next day after your order was placed. You must order Monday through Friday before 9am to get the order next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday may not get next day shipping, luckily it will still be very fast! If you or someone 21+ is not there to receive the wine then they will attempt to delivery again the following delivery day.
During hot weather we recommend choosing a temperature control shipping option. When we ship your wine via temperature control it travels to you on a refrigerated truck. When it reaches the shipping hub closest to you, ice packs are added. It's then picked up by the carrier and delivered within 24 hours. It's important that you receive the wine on the first delivery attempt. This is easiest by tracking the package, sign up for UPS MyChoice for notifications and have the wine delivered to an office or place of work where someone 21+ is available to sign. Alternately, many customers arrange to have their wine delivered to their local UPS store.
A $20.00 charge per package will apply if incomplete or incorrect addresses are given and a re-route of the package is required.
Estimated transit time for most packages is 3-5 business days. Please allow more time for temp control. This timeline may increase during the holiday season.
We reserve the right to hold packages if inclement weather poses a risk to the quality of wine.
Shipments of wine must be received and signed for by a person 21 years or older. We recommend having wine shipments sent to a home or office where someone is present during the day to receive packages. This helps avoid re-delivery and returned shipments.
At this time we are unable to ship to the following states: Utah, Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi, & North Dakota.
