Our Love Red is the everyday, anytime California red wine we love to make as a showcase of old heritage vines that produce amazing fruit. This vintage takes a new direction with a blend built around Dolcetto, Barbera, Zinfandel, and Grenache Gris, bringing together bright fruit, lively acidity, and a little more depth and structure than past releases while keeping the wine light on its feet. Harvested early to preserve natural acidity and vibrancy, each variety was fermented separately using native yeasts in a mix of stainless steel, concrete, and neutral French oak before blending.

FUN FACT: Love Red keeps many old vines planted in California, having a home every year at Broc in this blend.

A wine of trickery on the palate - can be chilled and can be paired to be lighter with something spiced like Indian samosas. Treat it like a medium bodied wine and pair with something we make at home called Shaking Beef from Slanted Door's cookbook.
