Making sparkling wine is always a fun adventure, and there's something new to discover with each vintage. Love Sparkling is built to be an everyday sparkling wine, good for spur-of-the-moment dinners and special occasions alike. The Chenin Blanc grapes arrived from Shell Creek Vineyard on an August morning; after a few hours on the skins, we pressed them directly into stainless steel to ferment naturally, then added Chenin Blanc must and transferred the wine into pressurized tanks while still slightly sweet to finish fermentation. Hand-bottled, with no disgorging or dosage and just a touch of sulfur at bottling.

Oysters - fresh or bbq along with Sicilian sashimi, or a fresh herby salad. Also been proven to be the best with fried chicken.
