Tasting notes: Cacao, blueberry panna cotta
We’ve harvested Lagrein for seven vintages. Each year, it’s been a little different from the previous, but we’ve always made it as a rosé…until now. This year we made a fuller red, an exciting first to explore all the dimensions of this hearty alpine wine.
FUN FACT- The inspiration for working with Lagrein comes from our enjoyment of Nusserhoff Lagrein and Legrain Rosé from Bolzano, Italy.
