KouKou is a quintessential Broc red, crafted from organically-grown grapes with fresh acidity and whole cluster fermentation. This method, introduced with our first Cabernet Franc harvest in 2010, captures the grape’s bright character.
Sourced from Santa Ynez Vineyard in Happy Canyon, the Cabernet Franc undergoes carbonic fermentation in stainless steel, then ages for nine months in neutral barrique. Enjoy this refreshing and ageworthy wine now or age briefly, preferably slightly chilled.
