Mixing Glass w/ Japanese Teardrop Spoon

The Long Confidence Mixing Glass is designed for creating cocktails, or as a small pitcher. It is sized for a Cooper cocktail strainer as well. All of our glass is made by hand. We developed a technique that yields a slightly different form each time, using a mold and form-making process that we developed with our glassblower.
Each piece is labor-intensive, showing the mark of the hand and the evidence of its creation.

Ever watch a bartender stir a cocktail and marvel in how elegantly they swivel the barspoon? Besides having mad skills, they probably have great tools, too, like this 13.5"  Teardrop Barspoon. The twists on the Teardrop Barspoon go up and down the whole length for easy handling, and gives it a tight spin for a comfortable stir.

TASTING NOTES: Ripe pear, citrus blossom, candied lemon zest

VITICULTURAL AREA: Shell Creek Vineyard is located 20 miles from the town of Paso Robles. It has sandy top soil with calcareous fossilized seashells underneath. The vineyard was planted in 1972 by the Stinton Family (who has owned the property since the late 1800s). Our Chenin Blanc is farmed without the use of pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. The vineyard is in the process of getting organic certification.
